What your Weed Smoking Choices Say About You

Gawker printed this article, because of Cali’s Prop 19 passing.

But I decided to make my own little version of this article.

Joint

You’ve been smoking weed for a while and are confident with your joint rolling skills. You smoke every day, just to get your “head right” and you are a generous weed smoker. You share with friends and think weed smoking is the most social event one can do.

Blunt/Dutch

You either grew up in a not-so-nice neighborhood or you were really inspired by hip-hop culture. You probably opt for big bundles of cheap swag and like to smoke a lot of it. You probably wear fitted caps and speak in ebonics. You are very proud of your blunt smoking and you make fun of “squares” when they want to smoke joints.

Bowl/Pipe

You probably never took the time to learn how to roll a joint or you are an amateur smoker and just need a few hits. You probably have a Dave Matthews Band poster or a Sublime poster (which would be cool except you only listen to “smoke 2 joints”. Your weed dealer probably started ripping you off the day you offered him a hit from your swirly, rainbow bowl. I don’t know why sharing a bowl is grosser than a joint or a blunt, but it is.

Bong

Either you still have your bong leftover from senior year of high-school/freshman year when you bought that Danish 5 foot bong, and you toke out of it as a novelty every now and then, or you just like getting rip-roaring high and sit and do nothing. You are probably a low-life and play way too many video-games. Yes, your parents are disappointed in you and have just given up on asking you to hide you very obvious, very large paraphernalia.

Apple Bong

You are probably dirt poor and don’t know how to roll a joint so you looked up online alternative ways to smoke weed and got the apple idea. You are probably still in high-school, and if you are not, you probably hang out with high-schoolers who think you are really cool.
